Thanks for shopping with Good Vibe Merch.
Because our shop includes digital products and may also include made-to-order printed items, shipping works a little differently depending on what you order.
Digital products
Digital products are delivered instantly after purchase.
You’ll receive access to your files on the order confirmation page, and in most cases, by email as well.
Because digital items are not shipped physically, there are no shipping charges for digital products.
Printed products
If a product is made just for you through one of our print-on-demand partners, it will usually take a little longer to arrive than something pulled off a shelf and packed the same day.
Most printed orders are made in 2–7 business days before shipping.
Estimated shipping times and costs will be listed on each product page when available.
Processing and delivery
For printed products, please keep in mind:
- processing time comes first
- shipping time starts after the item has been made
- delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information if it’s available.
Shipping issues
If your order seems delayed, arrives damaged, or something doesn’t look right, please reach out through our Contact page and we’ll help however we can.
We’re a small business, and we genuinely want your experience to feel easy and good.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an order is sent to the address provided and that address was entered incorrectly, delays or additional charges may apply.
