We want every Good Vibe Merch experience to feel good from start to finish.

Because some of our products are digital and some are physical, our return and refund policy looks a little different depending on what you ordered.

Digital products

Because digital files are delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds on digital purchases.

But if something went wrong, please reach out.

If you have trouble accessing your files, downloading them, or printing them, we’ll help and do our best to make it right.

Physical products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just not right, we’ll make it right.

You can choose:

  • a replacement
  • or a full refund

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and, if helpful, a photo of the issue.

Returns

At this time, we do not accept returns for physical products unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or there is a problem with your order.
